SUMMARY:IEEE PES Day 2021- clean energy debate
DESCRIPTION:Under the patronage of IEEE Jordan section \,an event organized by İEEE PES University of Jordan\, Yarmouk University\,PSUT\, Tafila Technical University student Chapters\, BAU İEEE PES/İAS Joint chapter and WIE Jordan Affinity groups was hold with the theme of the PES day worldwide celebration "clean energy revolution" virtually through zoom in collaboration with IEEE PES An-najah student chapter in Palestine.\nA debate about the clean energy future was held virtually between two teams\, one presenting the Jordan section and the second representing Palestine section. the debate Judge was the audience\, by voting.\nPre-debate results showed that : only 38 % of the audience think that clean energy can replace other energy sources completely \,while 62% think it can't.\npost-debate results showed that : 51.1 % think that clean energy can replace other enegy sources completely \, while 49.9% think it can't.\nThis means that the debate made 13.9% of the audience change their thought about this topic.\nVirtual: https://events.vtools.ieee.org/m/274818
